Choose the engagement or session that matches the work: flat-rate comprehensive delivery, exploratory planning, teaching, direct project building, or a full Codex / OpenClaw / Hermes installation. The work can emphasize observability, extensibility, privacy and security, secure local operation, or fast practical delivery.
Installation readiness
For Codex / OpenClaw / Hermes installation sessions.
Dedicated Mac
Use a dedicated Mac, not a personal or primary work machine. Keep personal accounts and identifying device names off the setup. Optionally, your systems can be built on virtual machines or remote physical machines, accessible on your current hardware via remote desktop software. If desired, you can still access the solutions implemented for you on your existing personal or work devices without remote desktop software.
Local models
For the most sensitive matters, systems can be designed to exclusively use local AI models. Subject to availability of hardware capable of running the latest and most capable open-source models, with benchmark performance equal to current frontier models from the most popular AI providers.
Remote access
Implementation work can be expedited via remote access to your dedicated hardware, if preferred over in-person, on-site work.
Availability
Be physically present during the first hour of initial setup and reachable by phone for the remainder of the session. After the first session, we schedule progress check-ins, remote troubleshooting, and post-implementation follow-ups at times that are convenient for you.
